All sales are final. No refunds or Exchanges. MoonlightMYX Studios LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen mail/packages. If your tracking number says the package has arrived, but you have not recieved your package. Please reach out to your local post office for additional information. We do not ship out stamped/untracked shipping. All purchases will include a tracking number.

~ Ticket(ing) Policy ~

All sales are final. No refunds, however you're more than welcome to upgrade your ticket if the tier you would like is available and pay the difference between the tiers. MoonlightMYX Studios will NOT validate any campers. Camping may result in being banned and denied access to the show. As the event organizer, we have the right to refuse entry and will cancel your ticket at any given time without a refund.
